Job Description:

We are seeking a bartender to join our team at Testa Rossa, a new Italian-American restaurant in the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. As a bartender, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and enthusiasm. You will be responsible for demonstrating competency in all steps of service, maintaining accurate knowledge of our menu and beverage program, and providing genuine hospitality. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a food-serving establishment, excellent communication skills, and a high level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods. The new location will offer a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design and over 180 indoor seats and 100 seats on the outdoor patio. The restaurant will focus on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees.
