A Fearless Line Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean. We have a new location, Testa Rossa, a spicy, sexy new addition to the Fearless Restaurants collection. It will offer a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design. We focus on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment. They must have previous experience working fast-paced saut--, pantry, or grill stations. They must be excellent with knife skills, have a good work ethic, and be dedicated to the hospitality industry. They must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence. They must have food safety knowledge and be able to work on feet for extended periods. • 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  
• Previous experience working fast-paced saut--, pantry, or grill stations
