• Recognizing and welcoming regulars

• Accommodating all requests for information courteously and professionally
• Organizing and maintaining secure storage of guest items
• Returns guest items according to established policies and procedures
• Responds to guest complaints with professionalism and urgency
• Performs other duties as assigned by management
• Works well in a team environment
