  Job Requirements:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 1 year of culinary/food and beverage line position in a high-volume restaurant
    
  • Good knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail
    
  • Ability to learn and follow recipes, execute dishes and prep
    
  • Ability to work in a team environment, take feedback well and maintain safe, sanitary and organized work stations
    
  • Lift and carry 30+ pounds, work long hours standing (up to 10 hours)
