* Experience making fresh pasta from scratch and working a busy pasta station
* Experience in an Italian, Mediterranean, or California-inspired restaurant is preferred
* Understanding of classic sauces, cooking techniques, and knife cuts
* Ability to multitask and complete a prep list in an organized and efficient manner
* Full-time availability and the ability to work AM shifts
