About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Barback to join our team at Experimental Cocktail Club - NYC. As a Barback, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, managing stock, and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.Key Responsibilities

• Organize and manage the production of juices, syrups, and other essential bar supplies.
• Ensure adequate stock is available for Barbacks and Bartenders prior to their shift.
• Maintain a steady supply of clean and dried glassware.
• Ensure the bar, back bar, and glassware storage areas are clean and tidy prior to the shift.
• Promote a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to Food and Beverage and Safety Regulations.About YouWe are looking for a candidate with strong experience in a similar role or as a bartender within a cocktail bar. You should have excellent spirits and classic cocktails knowledge, attention to detail, and a social and engaging personality. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential in this fast-paced environment.
