Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Steakhouse Grill Master is responsible for preparing a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a grill or broiler, following established recipes and standards. This critical role requires an understanding of kitchen operations, proper food handling and sanitation practices, and exceptional knife skills. The Steakhouse Grill Master must be able to work quickly and accurately to produce high-quality dishes in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities

  • Cooking Expertise: Prepare a variety of cooked meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables on a grill or broiler, adhering to established recipes and standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring optimal food safety and quality.
  • Food Safety: Comply with food safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment at all times.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to achieve exceptional service standards and maintain a positive work environment.
    RequirementsEssential Qualifications
    • Culinary Expertise: 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, with a strong focus on cooking and kitchen operations.
    • Food Safety Certification: Possess a valid food safety certification, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Availability: Be available to work a variety of shifts, including daytime, evening, and weekend hours.
