We are currently seeking an Executive Chef, who can maintain the heart of our handcrafted Italian concept.

*Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale casual environment*
*Italian cuisine background with knowledge of regional recipes and techniques*
*Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and lead a dynamic culinary team*
*Excellent knowledge of food safety protocols and health regulations*
*Expertise in menu creation and event catering*

As our Executive Chef, you will be pivotal in enhancing our Italian concept. Your responsibilities will include:
*Overseeing all operations in the kitchen, ensuring consistency and high quality in every dish*
*Designing our daily chef specials and contributing to the development of our seasonal menus*
*Handling all catering operations, from menu creation to event execution*
*Training and leading a highly skilled culinary team*
*Collaborating with our wine experts to create perfect food and wine pairings*
