• Work closely with the Chef/Owner on menu development and specials
• Participate in and guide the cooking process on the line
• Develop and implement innovative specials and menu items
• Contribute to pop-up events with changing menus and appearances
• Work hands-on, preparing food, butchering, and moving between stations
• Assist in supervising a staff of 19Requirements:
  • Prior experience with Latin or Mexican cuisine preferred
  • Participate in several weeks of on-the-line training
  • Ready to work hands-on, no clipboard
  • Open-minded and team-player
  • Desire for a long-term position
  • Background check requiredCompensation:
    • Salary range: $65,000-75,000
    • Discretionary bonuses and additional Christmas bonuses
    • Health and dental coverage with $200/month commitmentWe prioritize employee balance with 45-48 hour workweeks and a focus on avoiding burnout.
