Job Description:

We seek culinary professionals to cook excellent food with classic technique in a fine dining setting, excited to be part of opening a new French restaurant.We value learning and growth, as well as teaching and mentoring. A diverse range of people who are invested in our team and learning to lead it are encouraged to apply.This is a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals who want to create a professional work environment that prides itself on excellence, consistency, and phenomenal guest experiences.This will be a brigade-style kitchen with a clearly outlined hierarchy and honest communication.Members of the opening team will have the opportunity to help define the language, systems and culture of a new restaurant.The job will be full-time, Tuesday to Saturday, working nights with an average of 40-45 hours per week.We are looking to fill positions for:

• Hot LineJob Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of line position in a fine dining establishment
  • Knife skills, plating techniques, sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • A set of personal tools including chef knives, petty knife, slicer, chefs tools, etc.
  • Ability to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take feedback well
  • Maintain safe, sanitary and organized work stations as outlined by your supervisor and the Department of Health
  • Lift and carry 30+ pounds
  • Ability to work long hours standing, shifts will last up to 10 hoursBenefits:
