Job Title: Retail Co-Manager

About the Job:
We are looking for an exceptional Retail Co-Manager to join our team at Hobby Lobby. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing operational leadership, mentoring, and guiding our team members to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
--- Provide operational leadership within your assigned location, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives.
--- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to enhance and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area.
--- Mentor and develop new and existing team members, ensuring their success and growth within the company.

Requirements:
--- Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of success.
--- An entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
--- Open to relocation for promotion opportunities.

--- Competitive wages, with a starting salary range of $65,000 to $70,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
