Job Description:

A Pastry/Production opportunity at Dinex Group's Commissary Prep Kitchen in downtown NYC. Responsibilities include producing French pastries, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, and upholding high food quality standards. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. A culinary training degree is preferred but not required. The Dinex Group is an equal opportunity employer, committed to genuine hospitality and dedication to hard work. Key duties:

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment throughout the shift in accordance with Health Department and Dinex standards
Maintain a high level of food quality and standards established by the Executive Chef
Keep waste to a minimum and discard spoiled food products from the station in accordance with company procedures
Produce all pastries for Epicerie Boulud retail stores
