As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Responsibilities:

• Performs all opening and closing assignments as assigned by management, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Applies teamwork skills at all times, assisting co-workers when time permits to maintain a high level of service.
• Answers all questions regarding the menu accurately, providing guests with expert recommendations.
• Takes food and beverage orders accurately and in a timely fashion, using suggestive selling techniques to upgrade the check average.
• Delivers quality products to the guest in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment, work area, and dining room, adhering to hotel standards.
• Monitors the flow of guests and food and beverage items, ensuring efficient service and minimizing wait times.
• Enters orders into the computer accurately and efficiently, utilizing technology to streamline service.
• Utilizes suggestive selling techniques to upgrade the check average, increasing revenue and enhancing the guest experience.
• Handles financial transactions accurately and in accordance with established procedures, maintaining a high level of integrity.
• Performs sidework duties as assigned, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
• Executes emergency procedures in accordance with hotel standards, prioritizing guest safety and well-being.
• Attends scheduled meetings and training classes, staying up-to-date on hotel information and changes.
• Assists the server assistants in duties, providing support and ensuring seamless service.
• Seats and greets guests when requested, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
• Answers the telephone in the absence of a greeter, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
• Notifies immediate supervisors promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Remains current with hotel information and changes, staying informed to provide exceptional service.
• Complies with hotel policies and rules, uniform and grooming procedures, and maintains a high level of professionalism.
• Encourages a positive attitude among employees and treats other employees and guests with courtesy and respect, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Is polite, friendly, and helpful to guests, management, and fellow employees, embodying the principles of excellent customer service.
