Leads Daily Operations and Team DevelopmentHobby Lobby is seeking a skilled leadership professional to serve as a Co-Manager. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at one of our locations. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and foster a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily operations and prepare for future Store Manager role
• Implement organizational directives effectively
• Develop and support team members to maximize their potentialRequirements:
  • Prior big-box retail management experience
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with sound decision-making capabilities
  • Open to relocation for promotion opportunitiesWhat We Offer:
