Job Description:

Beverage Manager Job Description: Oversee day-to-day beverage operations, collaborate with restaurant leadership, and drive hospitality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader, passionate about beverage, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist with bar program development, employee trainings, and event beverage programs.
• Manage operating standards, ensuring food safety and labor compliance.
• Provide excellent service, responding promptly to guest concerns and complaints.
• Drive service standards, participating in service as needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure proper staffing.
• Open and close the restaurant, including financial reporting.
• Order beverages, conduct inventory, and assist with weekly receiving.
• Achieve sales goals and provide weekly reporting.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a restaurant.
  • Expert wine and beverage knowledge.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven teaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • NY Food Handler's Certificate a plus.
