  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, upscale casual environment
  • Italian cuisine background with knowledge of regional recipes and techniques
  • Strong leadership skills, able to inspire and lead a dynamic culinary team
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety protocols and health regulations
