A friendly, genuine Bartender to join our team.La Chinesca, a Mexicali dining experience in Philly, draws its inspiration from the border town in Mexico, where Chinese and Mexican cuisine combine.Our restaurant has outdoor communal and lounge seating in a lush green setting and a unique indoor-outdoor space with 200+ seats.Our ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and creates memorable guest experiences.

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a high volume restaurant with a reputation for hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of spirits with mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership by displaying job expertise, initiative, and organization
  • A genuine passion for providing care to our guests
  • Provide open, honest, and direct communication in a positive manner
  • Attention to detail and willingness to deliver an exceptional guest experience
