Job Description:

La T--te d'Or by Daniel is a new steakhouse concept blending classic American and Parisian dining scenes. The restaurant features a main dining area, cocktail bar, private dining room, and exclusive omakase table. The Experienced Line Cook is responsible for food preparation and finishing on kitchen stations including Saucier, R--tisseur, Garde-manger, and others.

  • Must communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
  • Meet production levels required by the Executive Chef.
  • Maintain work area cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Ensure high food quality as established by the Executive Chef.
  • Minimize waste and discard spoiled food products.
  • Perform all duties during high-volume and high-pressure services.
  • Follow instructions from Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.
  • Adapt to changes as instructed by the Chef or Sous Chef.
