You will be responsible for executing dishes and prep, maintaining safe and sanitary workstations, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve high standards.• Required Skills and Qualifications:We are seeking individuals with a minimum of 1 year of line position experience in a fine dining establishment. You should possess strong knife skills, plating techniques, and a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to learn and follow recipes. A set of personal tools, including chef knives, petty knife, slicer, and other essential equipment, is also required.
