Bartender Role Summary: Manage bar section, ensure company standards and quality control, provide craft cocktails, and offer exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.About The Ned: A sophisticated members' club and hotel nestled in the heart of New York City, offering an eclectic mix of exclusive and public spaces, including a lively rooftop bar and terrace restaurant.Main Duties:

• Manage bar section while ensuring company standards and quality control is always upheld.
• Ensure health and safety policy is always adhered to.
• Provide craft cocktails and food forward dishes while promoting up-sellable opportunities.
• Uphold Mystery Shopper guidelines and Service Standards.
• Assistant management with recruiting, training, and problem solving during service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
• Work cross-functionally with departments to create operational efficiency.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
• Complete daily opening, turnover, and closing checklist.
• Responsible for product rotation of all ingredients.
• Help maintain wine & spirit inventory sheets and communicate changes to FOH staff.Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as Bartender, lead Bartender or server/bartender in a high-volume craft cocktail establishment.
  • Proven success in facilitating excellent communication and engagement.
  • Team-focused with an understanding of the bigger picture.
  • Able to effectively manage different stakeholders and be persuasive.Physical Requirements:
    • Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects with hands.
    • Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours.
    • Fast-paced movements are required to navigate the club.
    • Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 20 to 60 pounds.
    • Occasionally kneel, bend, crouch, and climb as required.
