• Prepare and cook menu items to high standards of quality and presentation
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on cleanliness and organization
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to achieve seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methodsRequirements
  • 2+ years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
  • Previous experience working fast-paced saut--, pantry, or grill stations
  • Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a dynamic kitchen environment
