Job Description:
Job Summary: We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Food &
Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day beverage operations and work
closely with restaurant leadership to provide stellar
hospitality.

- Assist with Frankies Spuntino bar program including the
development of seasonal cocktails, employee trainings, event
beverage programs, as well as the selection of wines by the glass,
spirits, and beer
- Manage proper operating standards for the restaurant, including
all food safety and labor compliance
- Ensure an excellent and warm service experience for all guests,
responding positively and promptly to guest concerns and
complaints
- Drive standards of service and provide continuous support to
all staff, actively participating in service as needed
- Ensure excellent maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
at all times
- Ensure the restaurant is staffed effectively to execute all
service standards
- Properly open and close the restaurant during shift, including
any necessary financial reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to conduct beverage inventory
monthly and ensure all beverage storage areas are kept clean and
organized
- Achieve weekly sales goals set in collaboration with the
General Manager and provide weekly reporting of the glass sales for
ordering purposes
You Should Have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position at a
restaurant
- Expert wine and beverage knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict management
abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to teach and mentor employees
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills with
proficiency in Google Docs
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends,
and holidays
- NY Food Handler's Certificate a plus
- English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
- The ability to meet the physical demands for this position,
including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting
up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for
long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working
hours
