Job Summary: We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee day-to-day beverage operations and work closely with restaurant leadership to provide stellar hospitality.

    • Assist with Frankies Spuntino bar program including the development of seasonal cocktails, employee trainings, event beverage programs, as well as the selection of wines by the glass, spirits, and beer
    • Manage proper operating standards for the restaurant, including all food safety and labor compliance
    • Ensure an excellent and warm service experience for all guests, responding positively and promptly to guest concerns and complaints
    • Drive standards of service and provide continuous support to all staff, actively participating in service as needed
    • Ensure excellent maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
    • Ensure the restaurant is staffed effectively to execute all service standards
    • Properly open and close the restaurant during shift, including any necessary financial reporting
    • Collaborate with leadership to conduct beverage inventory monthly and ensure all beverage storage areas are kept clean and organized
    • Achieve weekly sales goals set in collaboration with the General Manager and provide weekly reporting of the glass sales for ordering purposes

      You Should Have:

      • Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership position at a restaurant
      • Expert wine and beverage knowledge
      • Excellent problem-solving and conflict management abilities
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Proven ability to teach and mentor employees
      • Outstanding communication and organizational skills with proficiency in Google Docs
      • Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
      • NY Food Handler's Certificate a plus
      • English Fluency, Spanish knowledge is a plus
      • The ability to meet the physical demands for this position, including: seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours
