Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director of Dining Services II to assist with the day-to-day food service operations of a small to medium volume location. This role involves managing and leading a team of associates, talent development, managing client relationships, profitability, and supporting financial goals in an assigned area.About the Role:This Assistant Director Dining Services II will work closely with the Chef and management team to create nutritious and top-quality food. The ideal candidate will also implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams, maintain excellent relationships with clients, manage, train, and develop associates.Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective food service strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Lead a team of associates to ensure exceptional customer service, quality food, and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create innovative menus and promotions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge.Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Financial experience and business acumen skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
