Job Description:

The Team Leader will assist in leading the store, mentoring and developing Floor Leads and Team Members to achieve and surpass store goals.

• Lead and coordinate store efforts
• Operate the store efficiently to achieve sales, labor and budget targets
• Analyze product ordering and rotation to maximize efficiencies
• Provide accurate management reports
• Run store shifts and maintain accurate pricing
• Interview, select and train Team Members
• Communicate and model 365 vision and goals
• Establish and maintain a positive work environment
• Develop Floor Leads and maintain a strong Team Member base
• Provide timely job dialogues and feedback
• Maintain customer service standards
• Lead with a culture of development and learning
• Sustain knowledge of competitors and industry trends
• Model effective cross-store communication
• Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Create and review schedules
• Order equipment and supplies
• Ensure product cross-merchandising and coordinate inventory
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed
• Perform duties of a Floor Lead and Team Member
• Maintain store security and cleanliness
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulatory rules and standards
• Follow food safety and cleaning guidelines
• Attend store meetings and work flexible shiftsKey Qualifications
  • Two years of Team Leader experience or equivalent
  • Proven background in retail, grocery retail preferred
  • Proven record of performing at a high level of retail standards
  • Proven record of building and developing teams
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of products and ability to learn quickly
  • Strong leadership and financial expertise
  • High energy, collaborative and hands on working style
  • Ability to engage, inspire and motivate others
  • Impeccable organizational skills
  • Ability to handle customer service situations
  • Self-motivated and efficient with strong prioritization skills

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and perform physical job requirementsThe wage range for this position is $23.60 - $33.05 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
