Sushi Cooks Wanted:

Experienced cooks sought to join ZZ's Club team. We're a private membership club offering an exclusive social space with high-end culinary, hospitality, and entertainment. Our members expect exceptional service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare food according to methods, both during service and preparation
  
• Follow internal and state regulations, including food safety and HACCP
  
• Complete mise en place list on time
  
• Acquire recipe knowledge
  
• Ensure proper food storage and labeling
  
• Manage inventory levels for raw fish and ingredients
  
• Ensure consistent menu execution
  
• Master quality control in food preparation
  
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations
  
• Additional duties as assigned by management
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • At least 3 years of experience in high-volume and fine-dining restaurants
    
  • Previous experience in Michelin-starred and/or NY Times restaurants preferred
    
  • Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine required
    
  • Flexible schedule with weekend work required
    
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
