• Menu Preparation and Execution: Plan, prepare, and cook each dish to meet our high culinary standards.
• Equipment and Station Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, tools, and stations, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Health and Safety: Uphold health code regulations, ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment.
• Prep List Management: Create and maintain daily prep lists, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are available when needed.
