Job Description:

The role assists the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, and labor. It leads and develops Team Members, maintaining a positive company image by providing courteous service to customers and Team Members. The position must perform duties in accordance with team and store Standard Operating Procedures. Team Members must be prepared to perform duties inherent in other job descriptions and support WFM core values and goals. Key responsibilities include developing store layout and product merchandising, achieving sales and purchasing targets, and maintaining good vendor relationships. The role requires advanced product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office. Team Members must have 18+ months of retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience. The position involves standing for 6-8 hours, lifting 50 pounds, and working in wet and dry conditions. The job requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
