Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team at La Pecora Bianca - Midtown. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the hourly kitchen personnel, expediting, and ensuring the quality preparation of all food items and proper handling/storage of all food items in accordance with applicable standards while maintaining food/labor costs.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high-quality results
• Ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor and control food costs
• Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipesRequirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in NYC Food Protection License requiredWhat We Offer:
