About the RoleThis is a full-time on-site position for a Sous Chef at Feast Your Eyes Catering in Philadelphia. The Junior Sous will assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation, as well as oversee specific shifts of the kitchen or events. Leadership skills are required to manage shifts and be a head chef on key events.Key Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Oversee specific shifts of the kitchen or events
• Develop leadership skills to manage shifts and be a head chef on key eventsQualifications
  • 4-5 Years of Kitchen experience in restaurants, banquets, or catering
  • Culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
  • Knowledge of different global cuisines and cooking techniques
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow recipes and culinary directions accurately
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
