Job Description for Bakery Team LeaderAt Whole Foods Market 365, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, the Bakery Team Leader will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of bakery team members. This includes providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales, customer service, and operational goals.

          • Manage inventory, labor, and other operational aspects of the bakery departmentRequirements
            • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role in a retail or foodservice environment
            • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives
            • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
