Job Description:

To assist the Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability, expense control, buying, merchandising, labor, regulatory compliance, and special projects. Leverage leadership skills to develop Team Members and promote a positive company image by providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:

• Develop creative store layouts and product merchandising.
• Work with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Analyze sales reports and labor.
• Demonstrate advanced product knowledge and stay updated on new products.
• Build and maintain good vendor relationships.
• Assist with resolving team concerns or issues.
• Function as the point person in the Team Leader's absence.
• Achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
• Maintain a positive team environment and high morale.
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
• Understand customer needs and direct Team Members accordingly.
• Select, train, develop, and motivate Team Members.Skills:

    • 18+ months retail experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
    • Lift 50 pounds.
    • Stand/walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
    • Ability to work in wet and dry conditions.
    • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
