Manhatta, a restaurant and event space from Union Square Hospitality Group, is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the kitchen.As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Participate in a professionally run service period, ensuring excellence in cooking, timing, and communication.
• Support a culture of teamwork and excellence, promoting a positive and productive work environment.Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a Line Cook position at a full-service restaurant.
  • Ability to work 8am-4pm shifts, with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
