Job Description:

La Mercerie, affiliated with STARR Restaurants, offers a taste of France with three distinct menus. Located in SOHO adjacent to the Roman & Williams Guild.Now Hiring: A talented Sous Chef who is dedicated to continuous learning and growth.This position offers a comprehensive package including:

A base salary range of $75,000 - $85,000
Quarterly bonus and referral programs
Paid vacation and sick time
Medical, dental, and vision benefits
Dining discounts at affiliated STARR RestaurantsQualifications:
- Experience with French cuisine and a minimum of 3 years of kitchen management experience
- Ability to manage all stations and lead a diverse team
