Job Description:

We're searching for a passionate and driven Chef de Partie with prior entry-level kitchen experience to join our sustainable, locally sourced concept. The ideal candidate will have a passion for whole fish & animal butchery, wild ingredients, fermentation, preservation, charcuterie, and total utilization. Responsibilities include:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes on our evolving menu
Managing equipment, tools, and stations
Up'holding health code regulations
Creating daily prep lists
Managing labor, food costs, product levels, and weekly inventories
