Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team with room for growth. Must have a positive attitude and want to come to work. Previous NYC restaurant experience is preferred. Italian food knowledge and experience are helpful.Requirements:

• At least two years of experience as a Line Cook.
• Effective communication skills in English. (Spanish is a plus, but not required)
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and anticipate.
• Ability to be flexible and maintain a curious demeanor.
• Thorough knowledge of food handling practices.
• Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a station.
• You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to ensure food safety and consistency.
• You will ensure DOH standards are always followed.
• A good nature and positive attitude. (Ability to be adaptable)
