Job Description:
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team with
room for growth. Must have a positive attitude and want to come to
work. Previous NYC restaurant experience is preferred. Italian food
knowledge and experience are helpful.Requirements:
- At least two years of experience as a Line Cook.
- Effective communication skills in English. (Spanish is a plus,
but not required)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and anticipate.
- Ability to be flexible and maintain a curious demeanor.
- Thorough knowledge of food handling practices.
- Culinary skills and knowledge necessary to execute a
station.
- You will help monitor kitchen standard operating procedures to
ensure food safety and consistency.
- You will ensure DOH standards are always followed.
- A good nature and positive attitude. (Ability to be
adaptable)
- Must be at least 18 years old.What we offer:
