About the JobWe are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Lucky's Last Chance - Queen Village. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing food to the highest standards and ensuring that our customers receive an unforgettable dining experience.ResponsibilitiesSome of your key responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and stocking stations to ensure a smooth service
• Preparing food for service, using a deep fryer and flat top grill
• Following directions from our Kitchen Manager and Leads
• Stocking and rotating inventory to ensure we have the best products available
• Ensuring that food is served simultaneously, at the highest quality and in a timely manner
• Complying with all DOH safety and sanitary regulationsRequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of one year experience cooking in a restaurant or culinary school
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Pride in punctuality and a strong sense of urgency
  • A willingness to clean with all downtime and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Evening and weekend availability, as well as reliable transportation
