Job Description:
About the RoleAs a key member of the Reservations Department at
Maxime's, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless reservation
experiences for our members and guests. Your primary focus will be
on coordinating and managing all reservations, including taking,
recording, changing, and canceling reservations, as well as
handling large parties and administrative tasks.Key
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone or email,
providing information about availability and assisting members in
making reservations based on their preferences and
requirements.
- Accurately input reservation details into Maxime's reservation
system, ensuring completeness and correctness of reservation
records.
- Confirm reservations with members via email or phone, providing
confirmation details, reservation and club policies, and other
relevant information to ensure members have all necessary
information.
- Assist members with inquiries, requests, or changes to existing
reservations, providing solutions to ensure member satisfaction and
retention.
- Communicate effectively with other departmental teams to
coordinate special requests and preferences, ensuring a seamless
experience from booking to departure.
- Maintain accurate records of reservation activities, including
member profiles, booking statistics, and revenue reports.
- Address members' concerns or issues related to reservations,
working with relevant departments to resolve problems promptly and
satisfactorily.
- Liaise with club managers regarding reservation enquiries.
- Assist management with daily administrative tasks, including
purchasing, ordering, invoicing, scheduling, records control, and
filing.Key Skills and Qualities
