As a restaurant service lead, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional experiences for our members and guests.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Restaurant Service Lead to lead our dining room team and provide a level of service that exceeds guest expectations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent communication skills.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Dining Room Team: Supervise and support the dining room support team to ensure excellent service standards.
• Provide Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure guest expectations are consistently met and exceeded by understanding and promoting Maxime's culture.
• Monitor Services and Procedures: Note areas of opportunity for improvement and work with the Restaurant Manager to implement changes.
• Assist with Training: Help train new team members and assist with trials.
• Maintain Knowledge of Menu Items: Have thorough knowledge of all food and beverage menu items and be able to assist guests with dietary concerns or issues.
• Communicate with Management: Maintain clear communication with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager throughout service.Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ Years Experience: Minimum 2+ years working as a Captain in a fine dining restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Passion for Hospitality: Demonstrate a passion for exceptional hospitality in food and beverage.
