Lead and develop team members to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets. Develop and maintain creative store layouts and product merchandising. • Assist team leader with ordering and inventory management.
• Set and achieve the highest standards of retail execution.
• Maintain awareness of customer flows and needs.
• Select, train, develop, mentor, motivate, and counsel team members.
• Communicate and maintain team member safety and security standards.
• Provide timely, thorough, and thoughtful performance evaluations.

    • Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday.
    • Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
    • Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
