We seek an Executive Sous Chef to collaborate with management, creating moments that surprise, details that delight, and flavors that linger after the last plate is cleared.

This role offers a comprehensive package:

• Base Salary Range $85,000-$90,000
• Quarterly Bonus Program up to 15%

    Qualified candidates have:
    • 3+ years of kitchen leadership experience in high-volume food operations
    • Motivational leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, teach, and coach employees
    • Excellent time management skills and supervisory skills in a large space
    • The ability to drive service success by supporting expediting and staff shortages
    • The ability to support restaurant ordering, inventory, and cost control
    • Experience with Asian cuisine is highly preferred
