Job Description:
Host/Hostess Role at JeJu Noodle Bar
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will provide
exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming and memorable
experience for our guests. Key responsibilities include greeting
guests, managing waitlists, and providing menus and information
about our offerings. You will also be responsible for seating
guests, engaging with them to ensure satisfaction, and responding
to any concerns. Additionally, you will answer phone calls, take
reservations, and assist other staff members as needed.
