Job Description:

Guest Services Lead - Full Time- $18.00 per hour We are seeking a Guest Services Lead to join our team at Pocono Mountain Villas by Exploria Resort. As the Guest Services Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, greeting and checking them in, and serving as a knowledgeable resource about the resort and local area attractions. Primary Job Duties:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in/out process
  • Follow established registration and departure procedures
  • Accurately settle guests' accounts and ensure billing accuracy
  • Maintain compliance with cash handling policies
  • Provide accurate information about resort facilities and local attractions
  • Adhere to professional appearance and uniform policy
  • Answer front desk telephones courteously and professionally
  • Assist with training and addressing issues for Front Desk Agents
  • Support Marketing initiatives and collaborate with Visitor Center Qualifications and Skills:
    • 1 year of customer service experience
    • Previous resort experience preferred
    • 1 year of Front Desk experience
    • Computer skills Competencies:
