Chester Housing Authority has an immediate need for a Part-time 3rd
Shift Concierge position at our Chatham Estates Senior building.
The hourly rate for this position is $12.50. Responsible for
greeting guests and visitors, ensure guests and visitors are signed
in and out of the building, observes the identification of the
residents and visitors, performs regular rounds of walking to make
sure the building is secured, responds to guests and visitors
inquiries and requests in a professional, timely, and efficient
manner. The qualified candidate must demonstrate verbal and written
skills. High school/vocational school or equivalent is required and
work experience as a Concierge, customer service, or relevant
