As a Lead CNO Developer Test Engineer, you'll be an integral part of a diverse team working on cutting-edge projects that drive real-world impact.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop operational scenarios, performance tests, and support operations in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with a small multi-disciplinary team to characterize system behavior, analyze performance, and contribute to readiness reviews and product release cycles.
• Effectively communicate with technical teams, management, and customers to ensure progress, plans, and potential issues are addressed.
• Work with other organizations and teams to gain insight into system performance and make informed decisions.Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology, or equivalent, with 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Development experience in a CNO environment.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in conducting component and system integration level testing on complex software products.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a system administrator supporting computers systems running Microsoft Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a system administrator, supporting computer network hardware including bridges, switches, routers, and gateways.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience identifying and resolving network system issues with IT hardware such as repeaters, bridges, routers, gateways, and hubs, and operating systems such as Microsoft Windows and Windows NT, Sun Solaris, and Linux.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT engineering lab loading, installing, and maintaining the operability of commercial off-the-shelf computer and IT equipment and supporting software.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with computer networking protocols including TCP, IP, UDP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in C, C++, Perl, Python, or other scripting language.
  • Experience installing, configuring, and using personal security products including host and network-based firewalls and intrusion detection systems.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience testing systems that host Real-Time Operating Systems such as VxWorks, Integrity, eCos, or POSIX compliant Operating Systems such as Solaris or BSD.
    • Familiarity with SVN or GIT version control systems along with an understanding of basic Configuration Management principles.
    • Experience with network test equipment such as Spirent/Ixia/Xena packet testers.Security Clearance Requirements:
      • Active/Current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start.Physical Requirements:
        • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
        • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.
