As a key member of our diverse team, you'll play a critical role in protecting our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
• Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems, including monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, and other equipment.
• Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems, ensuring timely and effective support.
• Optimize system operations and resource utilization, performing system capacity analysis and planning to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, installing and loading operating system software, troubleshooting, and maintaining the integrity of network components.Requirements:
  • Ten (10) years of experience as a SA in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Meet IAT Level II - ex. Security+ (Sec+) OR be able to secure Sec+ certification or higher.
    • Basic router and switch configuration knowledge, necessary for configuration and/or system hardening and compliance scanning requirements.
    • Elastic (ELK) Stack configuration and user experience.Security Clearance Requirements:
      • Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.Physical Requirements:
        • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
        • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
