You will oversee project lifecycles from concept to completion, working closely with in-house architects, engineers, and property managers to ensure timely, high-quality, and budget-compliant outcomes. • Lead and manage project development phases, including planning, design, permitting, and construction.

• Conduct site visits, monitor construction progress, and enforce adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Communicate project milestones, updates, and deliverables to senior management and stakeholders.
