We pride ourselves on delivering toptier website development hosted on WP Engine and built using Elementor. As we scale we are looking for a seasoned web developer to join our team. This individual must have agency experience understand the fastpaced nature of client delivery and be able to implement scalable processes and SOPs for our web development team. Job Overview: As a Web Developer you will be responsible for building maintaining and optimizing websites for our clients in the home service industry. You'll play a key role in managing existing websites troubleshooting issues and creating new conversionfocused web pages. Additionally we are looking for someone who can help create and refine processes that will allow us to scale efficiently as an agency. • Build and maintain responsive websites using Elementor within WordPress.
• Ensure optimal website performance speed and security through WP Engine.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues quickly keeping the team informed along the way.
• Develop and implement scalable SOPs and processes for the development team.
• Work collaboratively with our design marketing and project management teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Regularly update and optimize existing client websites ensuring they meet standards for usability SEO and conversion.
• Proactively communicate with the team offering exceptional service and clarity on all web developmentrelated matters.
• Implement advanced customizations using HTML CSS JavaScript and PHP as needed.
• Stay current on emerging web development trends and technologies. Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of professional web development experience preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
  • Deep expertise with WordPress Elementor and WP Engine hosting.
  • Proven track record of developing highperformance conversionfocused websites for clients.
  • Strong understanding of website performance optimization security SEO and responsive design.
  • Experience implementing and refining SOPs and development workflows in an agency environment.
  • Basic knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and PHP.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to interface directly with clients in a professional manner.
  • Detailoriented with a passion for delivering clean welldocumented code.
