Job Description:

A company is looking for a Good Hands Repair Network Administrator - Remote.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor activities of Good Hands Repair Network shops and provide status updates
Negotiate pricing for parts and repairs, ensuring quality control is met
Serve as the primary liaison between shops, customers, and adjusters to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

Auto technical repair knowledge in a collision repair setting
Experience using an auto estimating program such as CCC One
Prior experience writing estimates for an insurance preferred shop or as an auto damage adjuster
Familiarity with insurance policies and repair processes
Ability to obtain an adjuster and/or appraiser license within 60 days of hire, if required
